Service Description
At times it feels better to move in the comfort and safety of your own home. In home sessions will be mat based. In addition, we will make use of smaller props like foam rollers, balls, and elastic bands. If you own Pilates equipment, the session can also be conducted using your equipment. **Please note that I work exclusively with female clients.
